How do I view my current roster and add, edit, or remove members from my organization? You can manage your roster in “My Profile” > “My Organization” > “Org Members.” To add a member, select “Create Linked Profile.” To remove a member, select “UNLINK” next to the member’s name. How do I update the Organization’s email or Profile information? You can manage your Organization’s email or profile information in “My Profile” > “My Organization” > “Org Profile.”
I am an individual member of an Organization that belongs to AABPA. How do I register for an account? First, contact your organization’s Key Contact(s) and ask them to add you as a member of the organization (a “Linked Profile”) per the above instructions. Then select “Reset Password” on the member login page and follow the instructions to create your account.
How do I Designate Key Contacts, who can manage my organization? Only Key Contacts of an organization can add or remove other individual members (“Linked Profile”). Key Contacts can also add other key contacts, pay dues, edit the organizational profile, edit individual member profiles, and register individual members for events. You can manage key contacts in “My Profile” > “My Organization” > “Org Members.” To designate another key contact, toggle Key Contact next to the contact’s name.
How do I view and pay invoices? Only Key Contacts of the group can view and pay invoices by navigating to “My Profile” > “My Organization” > “Member Invoices.”
